Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are available only for courses purchased directly through our platform.
• Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Refunds are not applicable for courses that have been completed.
• Subscription-based packages are non-refundable once activated.

Refund Process

• Provide proof of purchase and the reason for your request.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Special Cases

• If technical issues prevent access to the course, we will work to resolve them or issue a refund if unresolved.
